The Korea Coast Guard announced that it will hold the 2020 International Maritime Safety Exhibition in Songdo, Incheon, for three days from Nov 11 to 13.
More than 90 companies, including KTSAT and STX engines, will participate during Exhibition to introduce navigation and communication equipment facilities such as coastal surveillance radars and satellite antennas, as well as special equipment facilities and shipbuilding facilities.
In addition, the government plans to expand purchasing counseling sessions to invite influential domestic buyers from major public companies such as the Korea Coast Guard, Navy, and shipyards, and to contribute to expanding domestic demand and developing alternative markets for small and medium-sized companies. "We will successfully hold exhibitions under strict quarantine regulations to revitalize the stagnant marine, safety and shipbuilding industries," said an official of the Korea Coast Guard.
